This is a striking bamboo plant with black (polished) canes and dark green leaves. Bamboos usually enjoy full sun or partial shades, as well as a rich and well drained, moist soil. Over the years we have seen an ever rising popularity of bamboos, as architects, landscape designers and people in general use them more and more to decorate the front lawns of buildings, their minimalist gardens and office exteriors.
