    Flowers were lovely, but customer service appalling

    I ordered the flowers for a friends birthday for delivery on a Sunday. I gave my mobile number as a contact, and as I knew there was a chance she might be out when they arrived, I kept my phone on and close by all day.
    I didn't receive any contact from the company on Sunday, not were the flowers delivered, so I called them on Monday.
    I was told that my friend was out, and the delivery driver had tried to call me but there was no answer. This was not the case as I had received no call, missed call alert, or voicemail.
    The driver tried to re deliver during Monday and initially was not able to access the building to leave the flowers inside. At this point I called the office and requested a refund, and was told 'it needed to be investigated.' The driver from Sunday had changed his story and was now saying that the phone had been engaged when he had called.
    The driver from Monday then called back and said that he had managed to leave the flowers in be building so I didn't pursue the conversation with the office, but I found the whole service really disappointing (with exception of the driver from Monday).
    You advertise yourself as being able to deliver on a Sunday, which is why I chose you, and a delivery the next day, when there was no attempt to contact me on Sunday, not acceptable. I also found the approach of the office disappointing and not acceptable customer service for the price you charge.

    Hope you're well.

    I have to apologize for the perceived lack of communication from our drivers and the office. We do deliver on Sundays and quite successfully so. In this case the recipient was not in and the driver had actually called the number he had on his delivery sheet - we had even checked this and it turned out to be true. Otherwise the driver in question has been with us for over 8 years and we find him to be an outstanding employee who always goes above and beyond for our company and our customers. In this particular case he waited around and just could not find a safe place to leave the flowers in and we are sure that this would be more of a problem if they had went missing, As it is we did successfully deliver these flowers on a Monday and did not charge for the re-delivery where many other companies would. We had even made the flowers anew so that the recipient would enjoy them for an extra day. I truly believe that we had done everything in our power as a company to make sure these flowers were delivered properly and you yourself did say that they were nice (thank you). I, again am very sorry that you found the experience unsatisfactory, but I'm sure that if you read my reply, you will see our point of view as well and that maybe we have not done as bad a job as one may think.

    Beautiful fresh flowers, professionally delivered

    I found the website through a recommendation of a friend and chose this product because I really liked the colours and the composition. I received one with pink roses, green big flowers and few big white yellow/pale yellow flowers that was there too.
    And in addition I chose the Morning delivery hoping not to spend the entire day waiting for it. The delivery guy arrived promptly at 9.10 a.m. before I ever expected him too. He was also smiling and everything was done perfectly good.
