We operate a seven day delivery service in London, with same day orders taken until 6 PM. You may also book our late night, or 24 hour ,service by choosing the appropriate delivery option. For rest of the UK, we operate a Tuesday to Saturday delivery service due to courier restrictions.

Please give our customer service team a call should you wish to make some changes to a selected product or have any questions. We may at times make suitable substitutions of flowers, depending on stock availability, however we always aim to notify our customers of such a change.

    Pleased with the pretty presentation but not as pictured

    Delivered on the day requested. The wreath was fresh and good quality prettiness. My main concern is this wreath was specifically chosen for the freesias(as this was the favourite flower of the person who they were in memory of). The freesias were swapped for tulips & gerberas which I admit are of similar quality if not better but do not have the distinct attribute of a strong sweet scent of freesias. The irises were also swapped for other blue flowers of equal/better quality.
    Although the flowers in the wreath received were overall more than satisfactory there was more green foliage than pictured. There was no ribbon but this was actually an improvement to me.

    Not the usual flower station standard

    Sent these with flower station to Scotland. Delivery was good as were the flowers. However on closer inspection the flowers were not as good as I'm accustomed to. in particular the combination of the flowers may not have been amazing. As a great florist I don't think they should've put the m together. Do well to choose other wreaths for very important occasions.
