Beautiful flowers that lasted over a week and were very nicely presented

I had a lot of difficulty with the website and finally gave up. An e-mail from Flowerstation said sorry, try again and have a discount. Who could refuse? This time, everything worked perfectly, the arrangement was more than was shown in the picture, and was quite brilliant - supported on a twisted vine stem, it had the exact shape of an individual flower head. Stunning. Artist wife immediately reached for her charcoal and drawing pad.
The service, the delivery were as good as the flower arrangement. Sometimes, it's actually better to recover gracefully from a problem than to be perfect to start with. Brilliant.

I was very happy to find The Flower Station because it was open 24 hours. I called from California, USA and spoke to Lauren who was very helpful with my order that I was placing online, early Saturday morning. On the website the Birds of Paradise arrangement are open and bright orange in colour, these are one of my Mother's favorite flowers so it was a perfect choice. The arrangement arrived at the hospital that afternoon which was great and made my Mum happy as these were the 1st flowers to arrive. Sadly when I saw a photo of the arrangement it was not what I was expecting at all. There was more green foliage than the website which was great, but sadly the Birds of Paradise flowers looked old and tired and some not really opened and still 4 days later still aren't. Because of the example shown, I was sadly disappointed.

Our apologies for not delivering the product as stated - this is never our intention and we certainly didn't expect to do so this time around. Most of the time, our buds come closed and open up fully as the time goes on to ensure maximum life to whoever may receive them. The extra foliage was just something that the girls do and add on their own accord to the benefit of the customer. With regards to the birds of paradise - did you know that there is another yellow flower underneath the one that's blossomed already and that this can easily be brought out by hand, ensuring an even longer life and a fresh new bud which would easily replace your old one with new and give your flowers even more life. Ordered this as it was in stock then contacted 12 hours before delivery to say that they didn't have any. Not impressed as it was for a 43 year anniversary and was too late to make other arrangements

I was late (after 5:00 pm) ordering flowers from abroad for my daughter's birthday the following day, and was also shocked to find out that NO ONE would deliver on a Sunday. Not only was I able, through Flower Stations, to place an online order for a next-day delivery, but the flowers were delivered before noon on a Sunday. Great job! Thank you!
