Thank you so much for your excellent service. Ordering flowers from overseas is always nerve wracking as you never know what might be delivered on the other side but these flowers were delivered within 3 hours and looked exactly like the image on the website, they were beautiful and my friend was thrilled!

I ordered flowers online for central London delivery while visiting the UK recently. They were delivered within 2 hours and the recipient was thrilled with the "large, lush" bouquet, which I can confirm was both from the photo she sent. Turns out that (with proper care) the flowers lasted weeks. What more may one ask for? I will be a repeat customer! Thank you.

Beautiful flowers,ordered them for my friend,as she felt really down and made her happy.
To be honest was scared,after reading bad reviews.Everyone was telling that same day flowers delivery arrived late and flowers were not fresh,but mine arrived just few hours after order and absolutely fresh.
I guess I was lucky:)

I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my sister in London for her birthday. I ordered online from my home in Dubai and the flowers arrived at the time and date specified with a nice hand written note. The bouquet was really pretty and wrapped beautifully too. Great! I will order from this company again! Thanks!

I am very happy with the bouquet, the overall service and the delivery.
It wasn't my first time with the Flower Station and definitely won't be the last :)
I've ordered a large bouquet and it was a honest size and very similar to pictured one.
I truly recommend FS and their very nice and kind people!

Ordered flowers online after forgetting about the Valentine's Day. After some searching and a lot of other florists promising a same day delivery - stumbled upon Flower Station and they got me out of a hole. Will easily recommend to my fellow men.

Think I've ordered this bouquet with cabbages a million times. It has always been delivered on time, it has always given me the results for a very nominal fee. The value is incredible and the size of it is incredible. With those flower cabbages it also looks quite interesting and certainly very unique. They've been my lucky charm so far will keep the good thing going.

I placed my order on Friday to be delivered to a friend in hospital on Saturday and payed with paypal. I only had paypal confirmation so was concerned. I tried to phone over the weekend but got no reply. I couldn't even leave a message. Phoned on Monday - they had not seen the order - said that it hadn't been passed to them by Paypal. On Monday they tried to deliver flowers - patient had left the hospital. Didn't tell me till Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and the flowers are being delivered to the friend's home (I hope) by a totally different company because it is out of their area. Very disappointing.
Customer Service:
We are very sorry for the service you have seemingly received. However, we would like to point out that we can only really service a customer once the monies have been released over to us. One has to add that this is a very rare case whereabouts the money was kept by Pay Pal, but we have to add that it is an external issue that has very little, or absolutely nothing to do with us. I am much more worried however by your next comment in that no-one would answer our phones. We are known to be busy, but in my long term experience our phones are always answered on time, so will certainly be looking to investigate this in much more details. Best regards, Spalé -

Order from Flower Station if you want a substantial bouquet. I have ordered from several florists, and this is the first one to actually give you a bouquet that is actually bigger than your lunch box. Satisfied with their service overall.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery within the correct time frame but also wrote in the notes that delivery had to be that day and if not possible to contact me.
The flowers weren't delivered until the following day around 11am. No one contacted me. What's the point of offering same day delivery if not sticking to it. Plus the notes box that obviously no one reads.
I called to complain and the girl was quite aggressive and said 'ok so what do you want?' She then took my number and said someone will call back. I'm still waiting. They obviously don't really care about their customers- I have noticed they only reply to the good reviews on here!
Terrible shame as the flowers are beautiful.

Lovely bouquet, shame about the vase

THe white and green bouquet was full and looked great, however the Vortex vase I ordered with it was totally inappropriate for the flowers as it was far too short and they woud not fit in it. It was for my birthday party to brighten up the venue but I wish I hadn't bothered. More information needs to be given about vases on the website as it is impossible to make a judgement based on the info currently available.

We ordered the deluxe green and white version and when I have seen the photo of the flowers sent to my son's girlfriend they didn't look the same and quiet small. The roses were very open and didn't look that fresh. As we ordered from Sydney it was important to have a reliable and dependable
delivery. It was a special birthday and I didn't feel the flowers married to the ones on your site. -

Booked some roses for my girlfriend online, with this company where there was a small problem using the online service, called the next day to make sure my order went through, the girl on the other side "Carol" could not have done enough to help me, she was fantastic and very helpful, called me back when she said she would and answered all my questions, and to top it off my girlfriend received a beautiful dozen roses.
Would highly recommend and use again and again and again. -

I ordered some flowers on the 21/06/12 around 8:30pm. I needed them to be delivery next day in London. They arrived the next day with no extra costs and my friend loved the flowers. Fantastic service. will definitely use this company again.

I ordered my flowers on Monday morning at 11.00 - they were delivered to my girlfriend at 4.00pm the same day
When i called to ask that flowers be delivered before 6.00pm the lady on the other end of the phone could not have been more helpful -
