For those who want to leave the flower picking to the flower experts. Our skilled team of trained florists will curate an amazing bunch of 16 flowers using the best quality flower stems and greenery available today.
Please give our customer service team a call should you wish to make some changes to a selected product or have any questions. We may at times make suitable substitutions of flowers, depending on stock availability, however we always aim to notify our customers of such a change.
We operate a seven day delivery service in London, with same day orders taken until 5 PM. For rest of the UK, we operate a Tuesday to Saturday next-day delivery service for orders taken by 3pm. Flower Station does not provide specific delivery times. Any requests for delivery time slots will be considered and we will do our best, but they will not be guaranteed. You can always contact our Customer Care representatives via info@flowerstation.co.uk to confirm if your request can be fulfilled. Letterbox Flowers
Flower Station is committed to bringing you amazing fresh flowers in a box, direct through your door, for a fraction of the price of a bouquet. Flowers are posted while still in “Bud” form to ensure you get the most out of them.
What to do when you receive your letterbox box
Unbox
All subscription flowers are sent dry, at bud stage, to prolong life. So they’ll need to be woken up!
Prepare
Fill a clean vase with 1 litre of fresh water and add the flower food provided. Cut 2-3cm off the base of each stem as the flowers will be thirsty!
Arrange
The fun bit. Arrange your flowers, one stem at a time. Start with the largest, criss-crossing the stems to create a structure, then add the smaller flowers and foliage.
Show-Off
Place the vase in a draught-free location and out of direct sunlight. Top up the vase with fresh water regularly.
