Q. What do I need to do to ensure my flowers last once they have reached me?

A. Make sure to remove any plastic and cellophane wrapping. Dispose of the small aqua crystal balls and cut all stems with a pair of scissors at a 90 degree angle. Place in a vase with plenty of fresh water and replace water every 2 days.
