Blooming Across the World
Author: Flower Station - CSBehind the Scenes at World Travel Market, ExCel London – 4-6th November 2025

Earlier this week, the Oldacre team in partnership with Flower Station brought the world to bloom at ExCeL London for World Travel Market, one of the largest global events for the travel and tourism industry. From Europe to Latin America, our floral designs and plant installations brought national stories to life across 70 unique stands – each one a unique journey.
The Rose Capital
A stunning wall of pink roses and ceiling feature of foliage with roses filled the Bulgaria stand with magic and enchanting fragrance. An ode to the country’s rich history and culture.

Step into the Rainforest
Lush ferns, tropical palms, and a living wall invited visitors to step straight into the rainforest, a living expression of Pura Vida, vibrant, wild, pure and unmistakably Costa Rican. Every leaf and texture brought the country’s natural beauty to life, turning the stand into a tropical escape inside ExCel.

Desert Greens and Timeless Touches
Across the Middle East and North Africa, our designs brought a natural calm to two striking stands. The olive trees for the Iraq stand added a touch of green amid royal tones of the Ishtar-inspired structure. Next door Egypt came to life with fresh warm floral accents alongside ancient wonders history, grounded in greenery.

The Crew Behind the Magic
From concept to installation, bringing it all together took more than creativity. Working alongside the talented team at Oldacre, we brought each vision to life, seamlessly supported by a 15-person crew on the ground, remote coordination, and a permanent warehouse base at ExCeL London. This setup means we’re always ready to react, refresh, and reimagine, quickly and efficiently.

A World in Bloom
Across the ExCel space, our designs turned heads, transforming stands into living, breathing showcases of culture and creativity. Visitors stopped. Clients smiled. Cameras clicked.
We left ExCeL with tired feet, happy hearts, and one shared thought, on the world stage floral and plant designs don’t just decorate a space, they define it.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
