What a wonderful day it was to be a Londoner last weekend. The build up to the most anticipated wedding of very many recent times has culminated in what was truly a wonderful show that represented us Brits in a wonderful fashion to the rest of the world. The tradition was there for all to see and the loving and addoring crowds obviously helped the occasion. However, and more than anything it was the couple itself which really made us look cool and chic. Their relaxed styles, real coolness and humbleness was very apparent and it made us, or me at least, appreciate them even more.

A Parisian Romance
To mark the occasion our wonderful florists have put up British flags, as well as red, white and blue balloons in our London florist shops as well as in our headquarters. Our Islington flowers shop was particularly special on the day, see it on YouTube here, with so many compliments received from our lovely customers. It was also such a cool site to see arriving to work everyday in the morning (and will be for a few more days yet). But, being Flower Station we did not stop there and had went on to design a superb collection of Rule Britannia hand tied bouquets and other contemporary, as well as traditional flower arrangements to suit the occasion. We will look to add a bouquet, or a flower design that we sell most of, for general sale online – our photographer here has promised this product will be ready by the end of the week – so watch this space.
