Flowers

Q. Why buy flowers?

A.   Flowers have been used in a past as part of traditional ceremonies such as wedding and funeral. Today flowers are also used to decorate our home, office as well as being a perfect gift to send for any occasion.

Q. Why choose Flower Station?

A.   Flower Station started up with one philosophy in mind, to bring quality flowers, beautiful arrangements at affordable prices. We remain dedicated to being your chosen florist.

Q. How do flowers arrive?

A.   All Flower Station bouquets are hand-tied using fresh flowers, fillers and greenery. Once bouquet is made we apply gift wrapping and water is added to the bouquet which is able to stand on its own without the vase. All bouquets are made to order and only fresh flowers used.

Q. Do you provide a vase with flowers?

A.  Flower Station offers a vase as an add-on option, whilst some bouquets and arrangements come with vase included. Please read product specific information for more details.

Q. Can I write a message with flowers?

A.  Flower Station sends out all flowers with a personalized hand written gift card. The gift card text option is available on all bouquets and any flowers you may wish to send with Flower Station. We have a team of International florists so we are able to write messages on quite a few languages.

Q. Can I send chocolates or other options with flowers?

A.  Yes, Flower station offers chocolates and selection of teddy bears to go with flowers.

Q. Can I choose the size of my chosen product?

A.  Yes, most of our bouquets and arrangements have an option for regular size or a deluxe which is usually 20% bigger.

Ordering Flowers

Q. How do I order flowers?

A.  Easy, visit our website and choose from one of our bouquets or arrangements and go through an easy ordering process.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A.  Yes you can. Our sales and customer support team are available 24 hours a day to take your flower order or assist you with any questions you may have about placing an order and our service.

Q. Can I pay with PayPal?

A.  Our online store is fully integrated with PayPal allowing you to order flowers even easier and quicker.

Q. Can I create my own bouquet?

A.  All online flowers are our favourite bouquets, but yes you can create your own bouquet. We have some of the largest selection of fresh, seasonal flowers always in stock.

Paying for flowers

Q. How do I pay for my flowers order?

A. Flower Station accepts all major credit cards online as well as offering PayPal payment option for fast and easy payment process.

Q. Can I pay with cash?

A.  Yes, however only in London. Please note it is not our preferred method of payment and we may accept to do so only at our own discretion.

Q. My payment is not going through, what can I do?

A.  Flower Station uses 3d Secure on its checkout in order to avoid fraudulent transactions. It is for our safety and for our customer’s safety. Paying over the phone will require strict safety checks before we proceed with the order.

Q. Will I get a copy of invoice?

A. Once you have successfully placed your flower order you will receive an order confirmation along with payment invoice.

Q. What shall I do if my payment is not going through?

A.  Please give our customer services a call on 020 7724 7525 . We may be able to pick up the order where you left off, and we may try to complete the transaction manually.

DELIVERY

Q. Can I book same day delivery of flowers?

A.  Order flowers by 6 pm for same day delivery in London. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee same day delivery in rest of UK.

Q. Do you deliver on Sundays?

A.  Yes, Flower Station delivers flowers seven days a week, including Sundays, in any London postcode or area (North, North West, West, South West, South East, East, West Central and East Central). Sunday and Monday delivery for rest of UK is not available. You may call us and we will at our discretion attempt to find a florist on your behalf that can deliver flowers outside of London on Sundays and Mondays (minimum spend £40).

Q. Can I request a specific time delivery?

A.  Yes, however we may charge you more for time specific service. Alternatively, you can choose our new 3 hour guarantee service which costs £12.95.

Q. Do you deliver flowers to business addresses?

A.  Yes and we understand the importance of getting there in time. We put a high emphasis on business address deliveries.

Q. Can I send flowers to a hospital?

A.  Most London hospitals will accept flowers. Please make sure you fill in all the details correctly and provide us with patients or staff name, the ward they are staying in as well as the room number if applicable.

Q. When will my flowers arrive?

A.  If you have booked our free Same Day Anytime option then our delivering times are between 9 am and 6 pm. We will try to deliver as soon as possible depending on the volume of orders we receive. Should you choose our three hour delivery option for a guaranteed delivery time (in 3 hours). However in the unlikely occasion this may be later depending of the time the order was place.

Q. What happens if there is no one at home when you try to deliver flowers?

A.  If the recipient is not at home, we will attempt to call the number provided. If that is not available we will look to leave the flowers safe with the neighbour, outside the property and leave a note through the door.

Q. I need flowers urgently, in the next one hour. Can I have them delivered?

A.  This is not something we tend to do, but should it really be a matter of urgency, we can attempt to organise a minicab instantly and have the flowers leave our premises within 30 minutes. So, yes we can. Note: This is not a guaranteed service and extra fees apply.

Q. Can I track my order?

A.  You can use online messaging system to stay in touch or call our customer services for support or why not call us?

Q. Do you deliver flowers outside of London?

A.  Yes we do! We offer a Next Day Nationwide delivery service. You must order by at least 3pm the previous day in order to receive your order outside of London on your designated day. Please note we do not deliver Nationwide on Sundays and Mondays. (If you are worried you have missed the deadline, why not email or call us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can).   

Q. I found a note in my door saying ‘we tried to deliver flowers but you were not in’. What do I do now?

A.  Simply give us a call and arrange re-delivery of your flowers. Please note, if no-one is home, we have a £5 charge to re-deliver a fresh bouquet of flowers. You can also pick up the bouquet at our Baker Street branch at no extra cost.

Q. Can you deliver flowers after 6 pm and during the night?

A.  Yes, our flower shop is open 24 hours a day and we can deliver at any time. Please note our delivery drivers finish at 7 pm so we may have to book a minicab. All orders placed for same day delivery will be delivered same day. All orders after 6 PM for same day delivery have to be placed over the phone and may incur an extra fee.

COMPLAINTS

Q. I have not received my flowers. What can I do?

A.  Give our customer services a call. Please quote your order number, if not available then delivery date and delivery postcode. There can be many reasons as to why the flowers should not have been delivered. Not necessarily Flower Station at fault.

Q. My flowers came without a message or note saying who the flowers are from. Why?

A.  At times, the sender does actually request for the flowers to be sent without the message or a signature. We cannot disclose that information unless we are approved by the sender.

Q. I have requested delivery by 1pm. Where are my flowers?

A.  In order to receive flowers within specific time you much choose the 3 hour guaranteed delivery option. We cannot guarantee request delivery time if you have chosen Same Day Anytime option.

Q. Why are correct delivery address and postcode important?

A.  In order to make sure your order has as much chance of being delivered on time and successfully please make sure you enter all the details correctly.

Q. Do I have to provide a contact number for me and recipient?

A.  It is very important that we can contact you and/or the sender if there are problems with delivering such as obtaining access to the premises or if we do not have the flat number.
