Flower Station Guarantee
Our guarantee is that all our members of staff will always do their utmost best to treat every order equally as important and we will always look to deliver the bouquet you ordered at the time requested and to the specification provided. We understand the importance of delivering flowers on time and we know what impact failed delivery can have, especially on an important date such as Birthday or Anniversary and even funeral. Our members of staff have been trained to look out for instructions on the orders. Please note whilst we will try to delivery at requested time, you must choose the right delivery option.
Orders place on Same Day Anytime service, with preferred instruction, cannot be guaranteed although most of the times we will fulfil that request.
Our advice is on these occasions to choose "Same Day within 3 Hours" option. This put more emphasis on the order and higher priority.
Flowers are checked daily for freshness and stored in the right condition. Our stock policy is very strict and we try to deliver a long lasting gift as much as possible. Please note flowers do require care and storing them in the right place can bring extra longevity to them. Please read our flower care page to learn how to look after cut flowers and make them last longer.
Our delivery vans cover all London postcodes and whilst the flowers leave on time, at times unforeseen events such as traffic or road closures, accidents, can sometimes work against us. Should your order be running late, our customer service will contact you and keep you updated with your delivery time. Please always leave as much information as possible to ensure we deliver on time and without delays.
