We operate a seven day delivery service in London, with same day orders taken until 6 PM. You may also book our late night, or 24 hour ,service by choosing the appropriate delivery option. For rest of the UK, we operate a Tuesday to Saturday delivery service due to courier restrictions.

Please give our customer service team a call should you wish to make some changes to a selected product or have any questions. We may at times make suitable substitutions of flowers, depending on stock availability, however we always aim to notify our customers of such a change.

    Vase never arrived.

    My second review for my purchase of these flowers. First one was never posted or acknowledged in any way.

    I ordered flowers and the vase didn't arrive with it. They promised the vase would be sent out two days later. It has been over a week and it still has never been received. I was never given a refund for the vase either. Poor service. Would not shop again.

    Flowers were nice and service was superb

    The flowers were very nice and looked just like the picture. I appreciated the fact that the lady who took my call took special care of my order as it was very special and it arrived just as it was promised, if not better. I appreciated the fact that this was the best flower purchase I made online and will definitely recommend this company to others and easily so.

    As good as the picture

    I thought I was forced to pay a bit too much for the flowers, but needing them delivered on a Sunday I proceeded with the purchase. Now having seen the flowers I will say wow.
    The bouquet is larger than life. I will not use other online shops from now on. Flower Station is my number one choice from now on.

    Slightly unhappy as the person I spoke to at night was not very helpful as I needed a delivery in the early hours. He said to call in the morning. Flowers were delivered in the end and all went well.

    Ordered flowers as usual and expected them to last at least 10 days as they did before with this florist. They lasted only about 6 days. Ok, but not great. Last few times were better.
