We can provide same day delivery for London wide postcodes on orders completed by 6pm. For Nationwide delivery we ask that you select our Next Day delivery option (excludes Sundays and Mondays). Once you have placed your order, we will safely deliver the hydrangeas in London using our own delivery fleet. For our customers outside London, we send the flowers with DPD or Royal Mail that ensure they will reach you in perfect condition ready to be enjoyed.

How to care for hydrangea flowers?

Here are some tips on how to keep your hydrangeas fresh for longer:

Fill a clean vase almost full with tap water and add flower food if possible

Trim the stems by 2-3cm using a pair of strong scissors as hydrangea stems can be quite woody and tough to cut

Make sure you keep the water level topped up daily and remove any wilted foliage which may have fallen into the vase. You can mist the flower heads occasionally to prolong vase life

Re-cut the stems every two days and change the water completely.

Hydrangeas can be kept fresh by following some care tips. First, trim the stems of hydrangeas at an angle and place them in freshwater. Add flower nutrients like a mixture of one tablespoon of sugar solution and 1/4 tablespoon of household bleach. You can also dip cut hydrangeas stems in alum powder before putting the flower in a vase. In this way, you can keep your hydrangeas fresh for a long time.
